Sykes were mass recruiting at their Edinburgh Call Centre. I designed online MPU’s which went on S1 jobs, an email campaign which went out to a database of candidates as well as advertising on Search’s Facebook page.
I also used the same theme for a referral campaign to entice existing staff to bring in friends and
family. We started with a survey to dictate the kind of referral reward staff would prefer and then launched via flyers, posters, screen savers and projecting onto wall space.
